“Yes, Zelda,” Holly Mae said. “Of course you have to.” “But why?” Zelda asked. “Because he ordered us to,” Holly Mae said. “Holly Mae, what else will we do with Kiara?” Zelda asked Holly. “Because,” Holly Mae replied, “that’s just the rules.” Zelda frowned. Kiara put her ear to the door. “Now, of course we need to take action. SARAFINA!” Holly Mae screeched. “Sarafina, please put that away!” Sarafina looked at the door. “I hear someone, Holly Mae,” Sarafina said. Her voice melted like chocolate. It was soothing and soft. Holly Mae paused. “Antoinette, hand me the door-break-downer,” Holly Mae whispered so quietly, only Antoinette could hear. To everyone else, it sounded like that pstfstpstfst like you hear in Maggie and the Ferocious Beast. And to Kiara, it was nothing.
“Serenity and Tranquility,” Holly Mae whispered to the identical twin girls, “play music so that the eavesdropper doesn’t hear us.” Kiara still couldn’t hear Holly Mae. Serenity and Tranquility nodded. They blasted Avril Lavigne’s lasted album. Kiara made a weird face, then thought, ‘Holly Mae knows I am listening!’ Kiara then scampered away quietly, just in time before Holly Mae busted the door down. ‘Good thing I was wearing gloves,’ Kiara thought.
“Nobody is here,” said a small girl named Carly. “Carly, please do not speak,” Holly Mae said. “We must find Kiara. Search now!” All the girls split up into teams. Kiara walked down the hallway casually. “Oh, hey Holly Mae!” Kiara said. “Hey, Kiara! How long have you been, um, pacing?” Holly Mae asked Kiara nervously. “What do you mean pacing? I am just walking down the hallway to Rey’s house,” Kiara answered, her eyes said she was scared. Holly Mae nodded.
“Corey is on lockdown,” a girl with blonde hair, one green and one blue eyes, and tan skin. “Corey was released yesterday Sierra,” said Antoinette. “No Toni, he was never on lockdown. I’ve been visiting him everday,” Kiara retorted. Holly Mae raised her eyebrow. “What do you mean ‘visit’?” Holly Mae asked. Kiara turned to Holly Mae. “I’m pregnant, and if you murdered me, you’d be put in jail,” Kiara replied. “6 months.”
